The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnised with co-accused Onkar Sah. The accused persons subjected her to cruelty for non-fulfillment of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43240 of 2021(2) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 dowry demand. On 01.04.2020, the accused persons committed murder of the informant's daughter.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are Debar of the deceased and they have no concerned with day-to-day affairs of the couple. They live separately. The husband of the deceased has surrendered. The learned counsel for the informant has submitted that on similar ground, the anticipatory bail petition of Ruka Devi @ Rupa Devi and Pankaj Sah @ Pankaj Kumar Sah has been rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6100 of 2021, vide order dated 15.12.2021.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, specially the allegation that accused persons, including the petitioners tortured the deceased prior to her death for non-fulfillment of dowry demand, I do not think it a fit case for anticipatory bail and accordingly the prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
