The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant's minor daughter aged 10 years went outside to ease when this petitioner made an attempt to ravish her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation no offence under Section 376/511 of the IPC is made out and no medical examination of the victim was done.

This contention of the petitioner that no

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015.
