Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of cheating arises out of an agreement to sale between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2019.

Considering the nature of dispute, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) Police Station Case No. 177 of 2019, with the following

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32291 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
