JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner along with some others was arrested while he as well as others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and on search one country made loaded pistol and one cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession. Prior to institution of the instant case two cases of similar nature were registered against the petitioner and out of the aforesaid two cases, in one case petitioner has already been granted bail. Petitioner is in jail custody for near about nine months. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
