Petitioner, is in jail custody since 07.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that one country made pistol and one cartridge were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which he is in jail custody since 07.10.2015 without having any criminal antecedent, let him be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 252 of 2015.
