The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with laxmipur P.S.Case no.69/2019 dated 22.2.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that on inquiry in view of direction of this court, Experience Certificates of the petitioners were found fake .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the certificates were examined earlier, which will appear from Annexure-4 and the same were found genuine but now the present false and concocted case has been lodged.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32305 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the Vigilance Department, Govt. of Bihar, who has opposed the prayer for bail. .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners surrender before the learned court below and on surrender they will be released in connection with Laxmipur P.S.Case No.69 of 2019 till submission of the charge-sheet on the condition that he they will appear before the authority concerned and produce the experience certificate, which will be verified by the authority concerned and if it is found fake and fake, the petitioners have to surrender and pray for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
