29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2013 registered under Sections 302, 201, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court i.e. Additional Sessions JudgeIII, Gaya is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17140 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Gaya, and the Superintendent of Police, Gaya is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
