While rejecting prayer for bail vide order dated 13.10.2014 under Cr. Misc. No.27920 of 2014, it was held that "For the present, I do not see it a fit case to concede with the prayer made on behalf of petitioner Jitendra Kumar @ Sheru. As such, prayer for bail made on his behalf is refused."
Petitioner happens to be under custody since 18.02.2014 in consonance with the nature of allegation, petitioner Jitendra Kumar @ Sheru is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sri Ashok Kumar No.II, Judicial Magistrate, IInd, East Champaran at Motihari / successor in office in connection with in connection with Kesariya P.S.
