JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the I.P.C.

Accusation is kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. In 164 Cr.P.C statement the victim got her age recorded as 18 years whereas Court assessed as 17 years where she has stated that she went in the company of the petitioner of her own and married with him. She also expressed her willingness to stay with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,
