This is the second attempt of the petitioner to obtain anticipatory bail in connection with Autar Nagar (Awatar Nagar) P.S. Case No. 165 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 324, 307, 379, 427, 504/34 of the I.P.C.

Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 8198 of 2021 but the bail bond of the petitioner got cancelled because he did not correctly disclose his criminal antecedents in Paragraph '3' of the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent in which he is said to be on bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case wherein this petitioner has already been granted privilege to anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8198 of 2021 but his bail bond could not be accepted because he had not correctly stated the criminal antecedents in Paragraph '3' of the application.

This Court having perused the present application directs that let in case of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from today the petitioner be enlarged on bail in light of the order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8198 of 2021. This application stands disposed of.
