The Petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2022 in connection with Special Case No. 208 of 2022 arising out of P.R. Case No. 94 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. There is recovery of 153 liters of Indian made Foreign liquor from car.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedents and he is in custody since 12.03.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
