JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be co-villager of husband of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, no one had seen the actual killing of the deceased and, moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Raj Kishore Sharma and Hari Kishore Sharma have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S.Case No. 52 of 2014.
