Though, petitioner has got criminal antecedent as per disclosure made under Para-3 of the petition, but considering the nature of the allegation whereunder petitioner has been apprehended along with stolen motorcycle, which has not yet been traced out to be subject matter of particular case.

Accordingly, petitioner, Faraj Yadav, who is under custody since 02.02.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.
