The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Ind.) P.S. Case No. 26/2014 under Sections 279, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27(A) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 2/2014.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others were carrying contraband on two vehicles, but on chase, they fled away towards Balia. Information was given. The police of Balia intercepted both the vehicles and from those vehicles, 40 Kg. and 60 Kg. Ganja, besides country made liquor, were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner Bhim Kumar Yadav has already been enlarged on bail by the court of Additional Sessions Judge II, Balia. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner in the jurisdiction of Buxar police. For

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11488 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 the same occurrence, the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Spl. Judge-cum-D.J., Buxar in Buxar (Ind.) P.S. Case No. 26/2014, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 2/2014.
