This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Siwan P.S. Case No. 221 of 2022 registered under section 302, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27, 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to have participated in the killing of the deceased. He is a member of Raees Khan Gang a dreaded criminal of Saran. He himself is having criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.09.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34514 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 bail.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for regular bail is dismissed.
