Petitioner is husband and he has already remained in jail custody for more than three months in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and it appears from the impugned order that there is no possibility of reconciliation between petitioner and informant.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub
