This application has been preferred for compliance of order dated 28.12.2017 passed in CWJC No. 3065 of 2016 by which the District Magistrate, Begusarai was directed to examine the case of the petitioner and passed a reasoned order. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 to 5 annexing the order dated 20.10.2017 passed by the opposite party no. 4 by which the claim of the petitioner stands rejected.
