The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Nagar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. From the possession of the petitioner some unsigned affidavit duly affixed with stamps were recovered. It is alleged that the petitioner had affixed fake stamp.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a typist. Some Advocate Clerks had come and put the papers before the petitioner for typing. The petitioner did not affix the fake stamp on the papers or affidavits.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10027 of 2015 (3) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 since 08.01.2014, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Nagar P.S.
