Two cartridges and mobile phone are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that for the same occurrence, informant lodged three separate cases. One case was lodged for the Arms Act, second case was lodged for preparation of dacoity and third case is present one which has been lodged under sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code but the aforesaid sections are not applicable in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent except the above stated cases which were lodged by the police on the same day. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
