2. The petitioner comprehends pre-arrest bail in connection with Gamahariya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 341, 347, 323, 324, 325, 448, 427, 380, 354(B), 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the accused persons, including the petitioner, assaulted the family members of the informant. Specific allegation is against one co-accused Bechan Yadav, who had assaulted on the head of the son of the informant, causing grievous injury to him.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32791 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 submits that the Pervikar of the petitioner was not aware of all the antecedent cases of the petitioner and as such, due to the said reason, the details of all the cases could not be stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail application and that was not consciously made with an intention to mislead the Court. The petitioner has already filed a fresh bail application, which got rejected vide order dated 24.04.2025 by the learned District Court.

I have perused the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the learned District Court and the information contained in the bail application, I find that the petitioner has made out a case to be released pre-arrest bail on similar terms and conditions as contained in order dated 18.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 57142 of 2024.
6. Accordingly, the present bail petition stands disposed of.
