====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-12-2020 Heard Mr. Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Raniganj P. S. Case No. 359 of 2019 dated 08.10.2019, instituted for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32407 of 2020(2) dt.07-12-2020 2/3 14 persons have been named in the F.I.R. whereas 20 to 25 persons are suspected to have committed the murder of a lady by setting her on fire. The occurrence is stated to have taken place because of the suspicion against the deceased of having killed the son of one Subodh Noniya.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing specific has been reported against him during the investigation.

One of the other accused person has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9282 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2020 and does not have any criminal antecedents.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-
