JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that petitioner asked the son of the informant to get his nephew married with his niece and on refusal of the same, on the order of this petitioner one Sumit Kumar fired on the son of the informant as a result the son of the informant died on the spot.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of firing is not against the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7732 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014.
