This petition has been filed for restoration of MJC No. 2147 of 2015 which was filed on behalf of the applicant for restoration of M.A. No. 374 of 2008 which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order of this court. Submission on behalf of the applicant is that when MJC No. 2147 of 2015 was listed before this court, learned counsel of the applicant was out of station and that was the reason he could not appear before this court. In view of the aforesaid submission as well as facts of the case, this restoration petition is allowed and accordingly, MJC No. 2147 of 2015 is restored to its original number and file.
