2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for review of the judgment/order dated 12.03.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7939 of 2015 passed by (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madhuresh Prasad as his Lordship then was).

3. A short order of Patna High Court dated 12.03.2019 passed by (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madhuresh Prasad as his Lordship then was) read as follows:

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in light of the decision of the General Administrative Department dated 9.1.2019 they will be approaching the competent authority seeking appointment on contractual basis having regard to the past Services rendered by them as contractual employees of the Department.

Patna High Court C. REV. No.173 of 2019(6) dt.01-05-2025 3/3 Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the claim, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners as prayed for. The claim should be considered expeditiously and without any undue delay.

4. The writ petition is of the year 2015. The petitioners are out of contractual job, they were granted liberty to approach the competent authority, instead, the review petition. Lots of water has flown down the ganges since then. The fact is that the contractual people are agitating the matter even 10 years after being out of the contract, certainly, this Court has nothing to comment about them.

5. The petition lacks merit, dismissed.
