The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

156 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered near a shiv temple situated near Panchayat Bhawan in village Ghitrauli.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35051 of 2022(2) dt.09-09-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 453 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
