The petitioners, Bhola Mian and Rafi Mian, seek regular bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 161 of 2013 for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.
The informant lodged the case against unknown for robbery of his ornaments.
It appears that on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Manoj Sahani, name of the petitioners figured in the case, but the petitioners were not put on Test Identification Parade and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have got criminal antecedents.
