Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the I.P.C.
Gist of the allegation is that Rajasthan Police arrested one Md. Ammar Yusuf and on such, about 200 persons started pelting stones. The name of the petitioner is not in the F.I.R. and there is no specific allegation against him. The petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2014.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S.Case No.111 of 2014.
