2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Suraj Samdarshi submits that for the reliefs claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has filed a representation before the Licensing Authority-cum-Collector, Bhojpur (respondent no.3) which is enclosed at Annexure-15 dated 04.04.2019, which has till date not been disposed of on merit.

The counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that he would be satisfied, if any appropriate direction could be given to the Licensing Authority-cum-Collector, Bhojpur (respondent no.3) to hear the petitioner and dispose of his representation on merit by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a stipulated time frame.

5. This prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the respondents.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner this case is disposed of directing the Licensing Authority-cum-Collector, Bhojpur (respondent no.3) to dispose of the representation (Annexure15) filed by the petitioner on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
