ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 344, 327, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that while on bail, the Petitioner committed this act and thus, misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to grant bail to him in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 31 of 2012 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui. Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 31 of 2012, to the Superintendent of Police, Jamui, and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.900 of 2015 (3) dt.23-01-2015 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Jamui, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
