2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons forcibly took away son of the informant and thereafter, his dead body was found in the field of one Vijay Choudhary.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to local village politics.

5. Learned A.P.P. fro the states submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation that he along with other accused persons forcibly took away the son of
