=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-04-2016 Mr. Manoj Kumar, submits that he has given no objection in the present case and accordingly expresses his inability to assist the Court.
The Court is not concerned with an arrangement the petitioner may have with his counsel but if no objection was taken from the original Advocate on record then it was the duty of the petitioner or his agent to ensure that alternative arrangement is made.
In view of the fact that nobody appears to press the application, the Court can only presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
Accordingly, the application stands dismissed for non prosecution.
