Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 7th Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Chanpatia P.S. Case no. 224/2015.
