2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 480/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft in the house of of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 24.01.2024. He is accused in 10 more similar and serious nature.

4. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this application is dismissed.

5. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

6. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
