Vide order dated 14.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30355 of 2021 by a Bench of this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to Covid-19, the wife of the petitioner died.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 14.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30355 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35867 of 2022(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 this order in connection with C1 223 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (Excise) Purnea and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact.
