JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The daughter-in-law of the informant went missing for which the informant lodged Sanha on 01.11.2015 and after registration of Sanha he learnt that petitioner with the help of wife of Bhikhari Ram took his daughter-in-law to Bombay. Further more, it is stated that daughter-in-law of the informant was brought to her village by the villagers of the informant and on 19.11.2015 petitioner along with others went to the house of informant and made attempt to make firing with an intention to terrorize the informant and others.

According to prosecution case itself, the Fasuli and cartridges were produced by the informant himself before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4736 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 police station. The petitioner was made accused in Atari P.S. case No. 196/ 2015, prior to institution of the present case, and except the present case and aforesaid Atari P.S. case no. 196/2015, there is no other antecedent of the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atari P.S. case No.208 of 2015.
