The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57384 of 2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the present modification application, the order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57384 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioner has to pay Rs. 30,00,000/- (Thirty lakh) to the informant within a period of 15 days (fifteen days) from today.
