Name of the petitioner was disclosed by apprehended accused Shankar Rai and thereafter, this petitioner was apprehended and one ATM card was recovered from his conscious possession but there appears to be nothing in the impugned order to show that the aforesaid ATM card was used by the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Town P.S.
