JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation police came to know that looted mobile was used by inserting a SIM which stood in the name of one Ranjit Kumar and after that police raided the house of aforesaid Ranjit Kumar and arrested the petitioner and recovered the looted mobile from his possession. Petitioner happens to be full brother of co-accused, Ranjit Kumar and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5304 of 2016 (2) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015.
