JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 14-08-2019 This modification application is filed seeking modification in the order dated 10.04.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5363 of 2019 whereby the writ petition was allowed to order for provisional release of the vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admitting to the typographical error occurring in the writ petition in paragraph 1 in so far as the police case is concerned, submits that the correct number of the police case is 'Sadar P.S. Case No. 472 of 2016' but was incorrectly mentioned at paragraph 1

Patna High Court MJC No.1880 of 2019(3) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 of the writ petition and which has led to the error in the order so passed by this Court. He seeks leave to make correction in the police case as occurring in paragraph 1 of the writ petition and other places of the writ petition and for consequential correction in the order so passed by this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the prayer made, while we permit the petitioner to make correction in the police case number as occurring in paragraph 1 and other places in the writ petition during the course of the day, we also modify our order dated 10.4.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5363 of 2019 in so far as the police case number is concerned, to read as 'Sadar P.S. Case No. 472 of 2016' in place of 'Sadar P.S. Case No. 427 of 2016' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.

The modification application is allowed to the extent above.
