Despite service of notice, the opposite party No. 2 has not appeared.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners and the complainant are neighbours and the case has been lodged after 20 days of the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that the averments made in the complaint petition have not been fully supported by the witnesses examined during the course of enquiry.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the provisional granted to the petitioners vide order dated 24.03.2021 is confirmed.
