JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-06-2015 The petitioners are languishing in custody since 04.02.2015 in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner no. 1 Mahadeo Maruti Koigade alongwith other petitioner approached the IndusInd Bank as to deposit a demand draft in the account of Laxmi Agro Energy Pvt. Limited which on enquiry found to be false and fake.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the petitioners are in custody since 04.02.2015. It has further been submitted that on

No.11146 of 2015 (4) dt.08-06-2015 2 / 2 direction of employer of the petitioners, the petitioners had gone to deposit the demand draft in the bank and the petitioners have got no concern to the genuineness of the said demand draft in question. Further it has been submitted that the petitioners are ready to deposit Rs. 10,000/- each in the court below which may be subject to final disposal of the case.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid fact that the petitioners are ready to deposit Rs. 10,000/- each in the court below which shall be subject to final disposal of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015.
