Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498(A)/323/341/504/506/494/34 of I.P.C. and section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, petitioner started committing cruelty and assault upon the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, while refuting the allegation, submits that petitioner is husband of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that specific allegation is not against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the nature of allegation against the
