Patna High Court MJC No.1629 of 2024(5) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 opposite parties that the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation has passed a reasoned order dated 11.12.2025, in compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.12.2023, passed in CWJC No.7856 of 2023, whereby and whereunder the claim of the petitioners has been rejected.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 11.12.2025 by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
