The petitioner is accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 121 of 2012 arising out of Raxaul (Ramgarhwa) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2012 registered under Sections 15, 18, 20, 22, 23, 24 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 24.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36239 of 2013 by this Court and he is in custody since 10.10.2012. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the quantity of recovered Ganja, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the
