The petitioner, Ram Adhar Rai @ Ramadhar Rai, seeks regular bail in Gaighat P.S. Case No.316 of 2014, registered under Sections 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act. The informant, Jyoti Devi, named six persons and alleged that they came near her house and started hurling abuses. When her husband protested one Parma Rai threw bomb on his leg.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sanjay Rai, Uday Rai, Kanchan Rai and Panna Lal Rai have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge vide order passed in A.B.P. No.1939 of 2014. Petitioner was arrested on the same day, but his regular bail was rejected.

The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S.
