Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379/411 IPC.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of Sujit Kumar. Except confessional statement, there is no material to show involvement of the petitioner in the crime.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara (Town) P.S.Case No. 150 of 2014.
