Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.05.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol and eight cartridges were recovered from his possession. Moreover, prior to institution of the present case, only one case i.e. Medni Chowki P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 had been registered against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5381 of 2016 (3) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lakhisarai in connection with Medni Chowki P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015.
