Petitioner was caught along with several others while he assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and on being searched one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. Petitioner has criminal antecedent of only one case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody and also taking into consideration that some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Patna in
