ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction in Sessions Trial No.595 of 1997 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Sasaram at Rohtas by a judgment dated 19.01.2016.

In the facts and circumstances, I find no reason for interference in the impugned order and hence, the application stands rejected.

However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the sentence is reduced to the one already undergone by the petitioner.
