JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.8.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Uncle of the informant went in the night to the house of Sanichar Santhan and subsequently his dead body was recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation one witness disclosed that Sanichar Santhan disclosed that the deceased was seen in the company of the petitioner. Similar is the statement of other witnesses also. Considering the circumstantial nature of evidence and statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
